Orange Maple Glaze

This simple sweet glaze is very versatile. My favorite ways to use are on my Pumpkin Almond Butter Blondies and my Sprouted Grain Sweet Potato Cinnamon Streusel Buns. It's also great drizzled over pancakes, waffles and the like!




Orange Maple Glaze

Prep Time: 5 minutes  Yield: About 1 1/4 cup glaze
2 cups confectioners sugar
2 tbs raw creamy almond butter
3 tbs pure maple syrup
2 tbs orange juice
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl using a whisk until completely smooth. Use with my Pumpkin Almond Butter Blondies or my Sweet Potato Cinnamon Streusel Buns. Leftover glaze can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
