Toasting Nuts

Toasting (or roasting) nuts is very simple. Just place them on a parchment lined, rimmed baking sheet and  place in a 300 degree oven for 6-10 minutes, depending on the nut, softer nuts like cashew will take less time than whole almonds. Allow to cool slightly before using.
